Our story
REALWORDS FOUNDER LEE GRAHAM APPEARING ON THE TV SHOW COUNTDOWN. CAN YOU BEAT HIS EIGHT-LETTER WORD, 'THICKENS'?
Realwords provides high-quality and commercially valuable editorial services for organisations and individuals. Words are our expertise, which means we don’t need to cover the cost of materials and equipment. And because we conduct most of our business online and our suppliers work on a freelance basis, we don’t have to charge sky-high prices to pay for costly year-round overheads.
The business is the brainchild of Lee Graham, who has been passionate about words since he learned to speak (and possibly before). His background includes roles on all sorts of editorial projects, from teen magazines to TV guides and crosswords to catalogues, and he loves to use his skills to help others prosper. Oh, and to win the odd game show. (Did you know he won EIGHT episodes of Channel 4’s Countdown? Show-off.)
Realwords became a larger operation when Lee, then a freelance journalist, began building up a network of copywriters, editors and other specialists to help manage a growing influx of work. The business now has on its books some of the UK’s most talented and experienced publishing professionals.
